So what’s the role about?
The Organisational Development Partner implements the processes and initiatives that set up 99ers globally to perform and thrive by delivering learning and leadership development, wellbeing, and belonging.
Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager (another newly created position), you will help make the 99d journey fun and enable 99ers to create their own success. More specifically, you will research, recommend, design, launch and facilitate people initiatives in close collaboration with the broader People Operations and leadership teams.

This role is perfectly suited to someone who is passionate about delivering key projects within our learning, leadership, wellbeing and D&I function, driving initiatives such as culture drivers, leadership development workshops, remote working processes, diversity and inclusion, and employee wellbeing initiatives. This is a newly created division in a fast growing, fast paced and changing environment and there is a lot to do! We’re looking for someone who is excited by supporting strategic outcomes and making them happen. Which brings me to my next point, building relationships is your superpower. Your previous experience in learning and/or organisational development roles will enable you to communicate and understand the needs of a diverse audience, in different locations around the world.
