What is the role?
Working within a global client support team, the Melbourne crew provides a dedicated client support experience through phone, email and online chat, providing a world-class experience to all clients with web, digital and graphic design needs, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

Working in both an inbound and outbound capacity, you’ll essentially be the point person for existing and onboarding 99design clients, proactively supporting and guiding them ensuring they are getting the most value from their experience. Specifically you will:


  • Efficiently and effectively solve problems with multiple team members across multiple departments
  • Provide extra, in-depth support for high-valued experiences 
  • Collect and share ideas to better the platform for all customers and services 99designs offers

We're on the lookout for a friendly individual with creative energy and great communication skills, a human who has curiosity, creativity and a love for providing amazing customer experience. You'll work directly with the next generation of entrepreneurs, influencing small businesses by helping them get the best visual branding possible. 

The experience checklist…

  • Customer Service or Support experience (were you a server in a fast-paced environment?)
  • Tech support experience is a plus, coupled with an ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Accurate and fast typing and navigation skills, with genuine tech knowledge and confidence 
  • Ability to work with spreadsheet and CRM applications. Zendesk experience would be beneficial
  • A passion for (or training in) graphic design and the arts would align nicely, but is not required
