What is the role?
Working within a global client support team, the Melbourne crew provides a dedicated client support experience through phone, email and online chat, providing a world-class experience to all clients with web, digital and graphic design needs, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
Working in both an inbound and outbound capacity, you’ll essentially be the point person for existing and onboarding 99design clients, proactively supporting and guiding them ensuring they are getting the most value from their experience. Specifically you will:
