With our recent acquisition by Vistaprint, the team is scaling and we’re on the lookout for a talented Priority Support Representative to help us support both our 99d clients and Vistaprint clients creative and printing needs.

Our US Priority Support team  provides a world-class experience to all customers with graphic design needs, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Our smart and very passionate group is a large reason why most of our business comes to us through word-of-mouth referrals.

 

And we need you! We're on the lookout for a friendly individual with creative energy and great communication skills. You'll work directly with the next generation of entrepreneurs, influencing small businesses by helping them get the best visual branding possible.

Desired Requirements to Apply

  • Have a professional, helpful and friendly attitude - coupled with the ability to listen, teach and elicit information efficiently
  • Have strong phone and email communication skills, with a passion for interacting with customers
  • Working knowledge of design files and how they output to online printing.
  • Have a strong willingness to make a difference and be creative - everyone's contributions are valued and encouraged
  • Have the ability to work independently and efficiently

 

Key Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

  • Provide a passionate, professional, and dedicated customer support experience through phone and email 
  • Ability to handle 20-30 inbound calls a day while maintaining quality standards and other call metric goals
  • Making outbound calls to customers who we find need proactive support
  • Will need to efficiently and effectively solve problems with multiple team members across multiple departments
  • Provide extra, in-depth support for problematic contests and or high paying customers
  • Collect and share ideas to better the platform for all customers and services we offer

 

Desired Experience

  • Any form of Customer Relations or Support experience (Were you a server in a fast paced environment? Bartender? Retail?)
  • Tech support experience is a plus!
  • Accurate and fast typing skills
  • Ability to work with word processor, spreadsheet and CRM applications. Zendesk experience is a plus.
  • Graphic design experience (Photoshop & Illustrator)
  • Online printing experience is also a real plus but - not required!
  • Clean driving record, and access to personal vehicle for work-related local travel. (In some locations, readily available public transit may be substituted for access to personal vehicle.)
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word and email, and the capacity to quickly learn and master new systems.

Applicants will need to be located in the general Bay Area, but will be working from home until further notice. Compensation is $20-$22/hour depending on experience. We currently provide paid holiday and sick leave, group health, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance coverage, flexible spending account (FSA), a pre-tax commuter deduction option, and a 401K plan.
