With our recent acquisition by Vistaprint, the team is scaling and we’re on the lookout for a talented Priority Support Representative to join us in our mission to change how creative work is done online.

A little about the role

Our US Priority Support team provides a world-class experience to all customers with graphic design needs, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Our smart and very passionate group is a large reason why most of our business comes to us through word-of-mouth referrals. You will work with our most valuable clients on a daily basis. Helping them to achieve their creative goals by assisting them with managing their design projects on the 99designs platform. You will oversee many active design jobs at once through to completion. Your daily activities will include outreach to new clients, checking in with existing clients, assisting with writing creative briefs and reviewing design work done by our design community, and helping new prospective clients understand how to use our platform to achieve their creative goals through design consultations.

You have a professional, helpful and friendly attitude - coupled with the ability to listen, teach and elicit information efficiently. You have strong phone and email communication skills, with a passion for building relationships with customers. You have a strong willingness to make a difference and be creative - everyone's contributions are valued and encouraged. You have the ability to work independently and efficiently.


Experience Checklist:

  • Any form of Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Relations or Support experience
  • Tech support experience is a plus!
  • Accurate and fast typing skills
  • Ability to work with word processor, spreadsheet and CRM applications. Zendesk and HubSpot experience is a plus!
  • A passion for (or training in) graphic design and the arts is also a real plus but - not required!
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word and email, and the capacity to quickly learn and master new systems.

99designs has operations in Oakland, CA, Berlin, Germany and Melbourne Australia. This role will report to our Oakland office, we are open to this being a remote position within the US. 

Applicants will need to be located in the general Bay Area, but will be working from home until further notice. Compensation is $20-$23/hour depending on experience. We currently provide paid holiday and sick leave, group health, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance coverage, flexible spending account (FSA), a pre-tax commuter deduction option, and a 401K plan.
